Neuro Vitality Center

The mission of the Neuro Vitality Center is to improve the quality of life of individuals and their families living with stroke and related neurological conditions through community-centered care, support, education and research.  Building on the Stroke Recovery Center mission to provide therapies in a safe and secure environment of peers for Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) sufferers, the Neuro Vitality Center has expanded to include sufferers of degenerative nervous system disorders: Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson’s Disease and other Neurological disorders. We believe comprehensive and integrated services aimed at restoring or supporting optimal function will minimize the impacts of chronic illness and enhance function to maintain well-being. There are multiple provider specialties required to meet the needs of the patient – physical medicine, behavioral medicine and spiritual needs. Our comprehensive care brings all the specialties together in one setting to treat the whole person. We also support the need for an expanded care team to address not only the patient but the family, the environment and long term continued support required to relieve the burden of living with a chronic condition and will continue research to demonstrate the efficacy of this position.  For more information, contact 760-323-7676.
